Cottonrake Catering Co. was created by Stefan Spicknell to provide high quality, interesting food at competitive rates. Catering for events, parties, launches, weddings, private dining and just about anything you can think of where high standards,  good old fashioned attention to detail and carefully sourced produce combine to make happy diners.

At Cottonrake we know how important your event is, whether you need to feed a room full of hungry revellers or just a few treats to make a party sparkle, we have the knowledge and experience to help to make it a little more special.

Stefan has been on a traditional path through the catering industry since 1997, from Commis Chef to Head Pastry Chef at some of the country's leading hotels and restaurants. Cottonrake is the culmination of years of experience and passion for all kinds of cooking together with a practical knowledge of what really makes for good food.
