Baker



The baker position will be based in our production kitchen at SWG3 in Glasgow. Working in a small, but highly motivated team, the role will involve both the production of sourdough and viennoiserie. You will be adept in mixing, hand-shaping bread, buns baguettes, focaccia, and rye bread. There will be many opportunities to get creative and bring ideas and innovations to a bakery that prides itself on constantly developing. Previous experience is essential.

You will be working 5 days out of 7, 45 hours a week and this is a daytime role so perfect for those looking you move away from working evenings. This is a full-time permanent position.

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a busy environment, will need to have great skills for organization, and be able to keep a tidy work environment.

Pastry Chef
