Preorders
+ Where can I collect my preorder from?
All our preorders can be collected from our bakery - 497 Great Western Road.
+ Can you deliver my order?
Unfortunately, we don't offer delivery at the moment.
+ What time can I collect my order?
Collection is from 11.30am until closing time.
Should you wish to collect your order any earlier, please get in touch with us at orders@cottonrake.com
+ How far in advance should I place my order?
Orders need to be placed up to 48 hours in advance.
+ Should I order my cake to eat the day after?
We always recommend picking up your cake on the day you plan to eat it, as it will be at its freshest. If you'd still rather collect the day before please get in touch with us so we can advice you on which cakes will keep well until the following day.
+ Can I place an order for individual cakes?
We don't take preorders for small cakes. Apologies for the inconvenience.
+ Can I preorder bread?
We don't take preorders for bread loaves. Apologies for the inconvenience.
